Shalimar India is the oldest established Indian restaurant in the region, located in the heart of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Since 1992 restaurant owner Chef Singh has shared his passion for cooking, bringing his guests tantalizing dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients and most aromatic spices imported from India. In fact, Shalimar India has become an institution with the locals.
